Has Oliver perez been taken?
if you have already selected some one that gets picked it would be a huge help if you would email that person and let them know that they need to make another selection. Feel free to copy me on those emails.

You have until the next person selects to change your pick. But Helton makes 2009: $16.6 million, 2010: $16.6 million, 2011: $19.1 million
Which would put you over the soft Salary Cap and bring you dangerously close to the hard cap. Although I believe you got money in a trade so maybe it wont. I would double check the math if I were you. You dont want to have to trade or release players to slide in under the cap.

I doubt "thinking" was part of the process on that contract.

Look back at Helton's numbers when he signed the contract. He was SICK. They did just sign Helton to an extension at a much more reasonable rate that kicks in after his 19 Million dollar season. As for where did i find the info... www.rotoworld.com/Content/clubhouse_contracts.aspx?sport=MLB&majteam=ARZSame site thats posted in the league rules section. Just look up the team and find the player on the team page.

There were problems on the USA today site. Rotoworld is fine but usually does not list out any pre arb players' salaries. for those you need to check ESPN.
