I am proposing a measure that would speed up the draft process. Starting next round picks should be limited to 8 hours of waiting time until they are skipped. I believe this reduction is fair and would welcome a discussion and a vote.

Sounds great and by the way it's been more than 12 hours since I picked. I was stuck in a freaking airport two nights ago and couldn't pick, drove me nuts. 8 hours sounds great.

Sounds good to me as well but I expect a few delays in the switching of web sites so lets make sure everyone is signed up/ understands the new site before we implement these changes.

8 Hours is a good idea, only if e-mails are checked regular. I know there has been times after emails were sent, it still took longer then 8 or 12 hours.

Sooooooooooo, we only have about 30 more rounds to go. If the first 10 rounds took us about 20 something days... when should we expect to finish our draft?

Well I would say we would schedule an online draft to finish whatever we have left but since most prospects are undraftable it wont work. We just need people to be on several times a day and checking this. Unfortunately its not happening.
